How does the Piece of Hebrew Gift Card work?

Accepted Answer

You choose a 3, 6, or 12 month Gift Access. Right after your purchase, you will receive two emails:
 • one with your purchase details
 • one that you can forward directly to your recipient, with clear instructions on how to redeem the gift

Your recipient will get a single-use Gift Code that they can enter at checkout to unlock full access to the Club for free.

They can redeem it anytime, and their access starts the moment they use the code.

Does the gift card expire?

No. The Gift Code never expires.
Your recipient can redeem it whenever they’re ready.

Question 3

How does the recipient redeem the gift?

Accepted Answer

They visit the “Redeem Gift Card” page, select the matching duration, click “Join”, and enter the Gift Code at checkout. Their access begins the moment they activate the code.

Question 4

Does the gift access renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Gift Access is a one-time payment for the chosen duration. 
There is no automatic renewal, and no charges will occur after the gift period ends.

Can I buy a gift card for myself?

Accepted Answer

Of course! Consider it a little present from you to you. And right now, the 3-month and 6-month access plans are only available as gift cards, so it’s a great way to try out the Club and see if it’s a good fit for you.

Question 6

How do I pay in dollars if it’s not my local currency?

Accepted Answer

Not a problem at all. Even though prices are listed in USD, you can pay with any international credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express…).

Your bank will automatically convert the payment into your local currency at the current exchange rate. There’s nothing special you need to do — the final amount will simply appear on your bank statement in your own currency.

Can the gift card be refunded?

No. All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Question 8

Can I use a gift card if I already have an active subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. If you already have an active Club subscription, you’ll need to pause it before using a gift card. Otherwise, you would end up with two overlapping subscriptions, which wouldn’t make sense.
